BeLP Atelier specializes in handcrafted luxury creations made from premium genuine python leather and other carefully selected materials.
• Custom orders are available upon request. Clients may personalize their creation through design options, color selection, sizing, and other individual preferences.
• Production time for custom orders ranges from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the request.
Ordering Process
• All orders must be placed through our official website or directly through our customer service team.
• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.
• For custom orders, any changes must be requested within 2 days after placing the order. After this period, changes may not be possible.
Shipping:
Once your item is crafted, we ship it using international postal services.
Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
Please note that delivery times vary depending on the destination country:
For Asia: approximately 5 - 7 days
For the USA and Canada: typically 15-30 days
For Europe: 15-30 days

Because BeLP Atelier specializes in handcrafted, made-to-order luxury creations, each piece is individually produced specifically for the client.
For this reason, returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom-made or personalized items.
