At BeLP Atelier, every creation is a unique piece of luxury craftsmanship, made-to-order and handcrafted individually for each client. Each item is carefully produced by our artisans using selected materials and according to the details confirmed with the customer.
Due to the exclusive and personalized nature of our products, we have a specific order confirmation process to ensure the highest level of quality and satisfaction.
Order Cancellation & Custom Requests
After placing an order, customers have 48 hours (or 2 business days) to request a cancellation or provide any special customization requests, adjustments, or additional instructions regarding their order.
If no specific requests are received within this timeframe, the order will be processed according to the information provided in the product listing, including the selected size, measurements, materials, colors, color combinations, design details, and all other specifications stated in the product description.
By placing an order with BeLP Atelier, the customer confirms that they have carefully reviewed and approved all product details before production begins.
Production & Order Changes
Once all details have been confirmed and BeLP Atelier notifies the customer that the order has entered production, the order becomes final.
At this stage, we are unable to accept cancellations, modifications, exchanges, or refunds, as each piece is individually created specifically for the client and production involves dedicated materials, craftsmanship, and time.
Returns
Due to the made-to-order and handcrafted nature of BeLP Atelier creations, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Unlike mass-produced fashion items, every BeLP Atelier piece is created exclusively for its owner. Materials are selected, patterns are prepared, and each detail is carefully crafted specifically for the individual order.
