Size guide

Getting the perfect fit for your snakeskin items is crucial for both comfort and style. Here's how to ensure you choose the right size:

Know Your Measurements:

Before making a purchase, take accurate measurements of your body or the area where you plan to wear the item. Pay attention to key areas like chest, waist, hips, and inseam for clothing, and length, width, and depth for accessories.

Check the Size Chart:

Each item may have its own size chart, so be sure to refer to it before selecting your size.

Compare your measurements to the chart to find the best fit.

Consider Fit Preferences:

Think about how you prefer your clothing to fit—snug, loose, or somewhere in between. This can help you determine if you should size up or down.

How to Take Measurements from Your Jacket: eager

If you have a jacket that fits you perfectly, you can use it as a reference for accurate measurements. Here’s how to do it:

1. Chest Circumference (Jacket Width at Chest)

  • Fasten the jacket (zipper or buttons) and lay it flat on a smooth surface.

  • Measure the distance from one underarm seam to the other (across the widest part of the chest).

  • Double this measurement to get the full chest circumference.

2. Waist Circumference (Jacket Width at Waist)

  • Find the narrowest part of the jacket around the waist area.

  • Measure the distance from one side seam to the other.

  • Double this measurement for the total waist circumference.

3. Sleeve Length

  • Lay the sleeve flat and straight.

  • Measure from the shoulder seam (where the sleeve meets the body of the jacket) to the end of the cuff.

4. Cuff Circumference (Sleeve Opening Width)

  • Measure the width of the cuff at the bottom edge of the sleeve.

  • Double this measurement for the full cuff circumference.

5. Bicep Circumference (Upper Sleeve Width)

  • Measure the width of the sleeve at its widest point, approximately 2–3 inches (5–7 cm) below the shoulder seam.

  • Double this measurement for the full bicep circumference.

6. Shoulder Width

  • Lay the jacket flat with the back facing up.

  • Measure the distance from one shoulder seam to the other in a straight line across the back.

7. Jacket Length

  • Measure from the base of the collar (or where the neck meets the jacket) down to the bottom edge of the jacket along the back.

8. Bottom Hem Circumference (Jacket Width at Bottom Edge)

  • Zip or button up the jacket and lay it flat.

  • Measure the distance from one side seam to the other along the bottom edge of the jacket.

  • Double this number to get the full bottom hem circumference.

Important:

Please take photos of your measurements and send them to us. This way, our craftsman can see if the measurements are taken correctly, which will help avoid any potential mistakes.

Tips:

  • Smooth out the jacket to avoid wrinkles and take measurements on a flat, even surface.
  • Use a soft measuring tape for the most accurate results.

How to Take Accurate Measurements for a Jacket: eager

For a python leather jacket to fit perfectly, it’s important to take all the necessary measurements with precision. You will need:

  • A flexible measuring tape
  • A mirror (if you’re measuring yourself)
  • A helper (preferably, for more accuracy)

Required Measurements:

1. Chest Circumference

  • Stand up straight and relax.

  • Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your chest, keeping it parallel to the floor.

  • Don’t pull the tape too tight or leave it too loose — it should fit snugly.

2. Waist Circumference

  • Find the narrowest part of your waist (usually just above the navel).

  • Wrap the measuring tape around your waist without sucking in your stomach or tightening the tape too much.

3. Sleeve Length

  • Let your arm hang naturally along your body.

  • Measure from the shoulder seam (or the base of the shoulder) down to your wrist.

4. Cuff Circumference (Sleeve Opening)

  • Wrap the measuring tape around the narrowest part of your wrist.

  • If you prefer a looser or tighter cuff, please mention that in your order.

5. Bicep Circumference

  • Measure the circumference of your upper arm at its widest point, keeping your arm relaxed.

6. Shoulder Width

  • Measure the distance from one shoulder end to the other across your back.

  • The tape should follow the natural curve of your upper back.

7. Jacket Length

  • Stand up straight and measure from the base of your neck (where your spine starts) down to the desired length of the jacket (for example, to the waist, hips, or lower).

Tips:

  • For the most accurate results, take measurements over thin clothing or directly on your body.
  • Keep the measuring tape straight, without twists or sagging.
  • If you’re unsure about any measurements, it’s better to measure twice.
How to Measure Head Circumference: eager

To customize the size of your hat or headwear, please follow these simple steps to measure your head:

1. Take a measuring tape (preferably soft and flexible, like the kind used for sewing).

2. Wrap it around your head, starting at the center of your forehead (about 1 cm above the eyebrows).

3. Make sure the tape goes above your ears and around the widest part of the back of your head.

4. The tape should sit snug but not tight—not pressing into your skin.

5. Look in the mirror or ask someone to help you read the measurement.

6. Write down the result in centimeters or inches.

Tip:

📏 If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a piece of string or ribbon, then measure it against a ruler.
